GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: “GTC”) apply to all purchases made via our webshop ……………………………………………….., operated by:

By placing an order on our webshop, you (“the Buyer”) accept these Terms and Conditions.
2. Products
The products sold via this webshop are Ecoinno brand products, for which the Seller is an authorized distributor in Europe. All product descriptions and images are for informational purposes only. Minor differences in product packaging may occur.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed in the webshop are in EUR and net prices, no VAT
Payment method: advance payment by bank transfer (prepayment) only.
After placing an order, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email with the payment details. The order will be processed and shipped after the full amount is credited to our bank account.
4. Orders and Conclusion of Contract
The order placed via the webshop is a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded when the Seller sends an email confirmation of the order acceptance and payment details.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to selected EU countries only.
Parcels are delivered by DPD courier service. Delivery will take place after full payment has been received.
Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on the destination country.
The Seller is not liable for delivery delays caused by courier services or force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal (for Consumers)
If you are a consumer (a natural person buying for personal use), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 90 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 90 days after the day you receive the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing at info@eco-trend.hu.
Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. The Buyer bears the return shipping costs.
7. Warranty and Liability
Products are covered by the legal warranty under Hungarian and EU law.
The Seller’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. No liability is accepted for indirect damages, lost profits, or consequential damages.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Hungary and the relevant EU regulations.
Any disputes arising shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hungarian courts.
10. Final Provisions
Should any provision of these GTC become invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
